Private Flight is an international technology company delivering innovative software and process solutions for the private aviation industry. The company has a clear vision and purpose, currently operating a world-leading Catering Management Platform.
The role of Account Manager – Royal and Government will be working with a highly dynamic and collaborative team across Europe and Asia Pacific and closely with the VP – Royal and Government based in Paris. This role is home-based with some flexibility on base location (preferably Paris, France or the Middle East) and requires some international travel.
This position’s primary focus is the development of new clients and maximising revenue objectives in the Middle East region while assisting the Vice President in maintaining high level customer relations through a partnership approach with existing clients.
About the Role:
The role encompasses business development, customer relations, sales, administration, and strategic planning. It requires a deep understanding of business goals, particularly within the Royal & Government (R&G) sector, ensuring that solutions add value to both clients and end-users. The focus is on executing sales strategies to generate new business while demonstrating value to existing R&G clients.
Duties:
- Relationship management involving tailored engagement, detailed sales presentations, contract negotiations, and ensuring smooth implementation.
- Consistent client communication, standardising processes for scalability, and monitoring key operational activities to enhance customer advocacy and satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate data.
- Collaboration with finance teams to ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
- Strategic planning and analysing market trends, identifying key drivers in the R&G segment;
- Supporting sales and marketing strategies with financial projections.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary education or equivalent experience in Business Management
- Demonstrable experience in sales negotiation and contract delivery
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- An understanding of Aviation (ideally Private) and Flight operations software products and services.
- Experience working with Middle Eastern Government and/or Royal clients
- Fluency in Arabic, French and English.
- A strategic thinker with business acumen, attention to detail and the ability to understand and influence unspoken dynamics.
