This position will be based at our fantastic modern workspace in central Auckland, New Zealand, and together with operations in both New Zealand and Europe, you will have a truly global reach. As Senior Developer you will possess:

  • A completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years work experience as a .NET developer
  • Practical experience using agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM)
  • Competency in web-based front-end development.
  • Experience with database design and development using relational databases
  • Demonstrable experience using the following:
    • C#
    • ASP.NET Core
    • Angular, HTML, and JavaScript
    • Azure Services
    • Visual Studio
    • Azure DevOps
    • Git
    • Entity Framework
    • LINQ
    • SQL Server

Power BI would be an advantage

As a Private Flight Senior Developer your responsibilities will be:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Develop web applications using ASP .NET Core and MVC, C#, and Angular
  • Develop cloud applications using Azure Services such as: App Service, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Storage Account, Cosmos DB and SQL Server
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using SOLID principles and design patterns
  • Use various tools and frameworks such as Visual Studio, VS Code, Git, Azure DevOps, Entity Framework and LINQ
  • Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders using agile methodologies and practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and bugs in existing applications
  • Research and learn innovative technologies and trends to improve your skills and deliver innovative solutions
