Based at our headquarters in Zug, Switzerland and working with teams across Europe and New Zealand, we are looking for a Chief Growth Officer to join our motivated and professional multicultural team. About the Role:
As CGO, you will play a pivotal role in driving exponential growth. Success in the role will see you making a significant contribution to the long-term success of the company and scaling your career at lightning speed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary focus of the CGO is to drive the company’s growth initiatives through the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy that expands market presence, diversifies revenue streams, and significantly enhances customer acquisition and retention. Key duties include:
- Growth Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with the company’s goals and market opportunities.
- Market Expansion, Revenue Optimisation and Diversification: Execute and lead market development and entry strategies to increase and diversify revenue streams with respect to the pyramid of Customer opportunity/segmentation.
- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Design and implement innovative strategies to attract and retain customers. Enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Marketing and Go-to-Market strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen the company’s brand presence and messaging, particularly with respect to SaaS-driven initiatives/solutions. Oversee marketing campaigns, GTM initiatives and demand-generation programs that drive growth.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilise data analytics to inform strategic decisions, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor direct reports (and wider team) toward achievement of growth objectives. Contribute to a culture of innovation, accountability, positivity and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers (whilst respecting organisational and role priorities).
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or economics
- Minimum 10 years professional experience in roles related to business development, marketing, sales, or strategy with significant experience in scalable SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of driving growth
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, focusing on aligning growth initiatives with organisational objectives with market dynamics
- Passion for data analysis and SaaS technology solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
